1. Freshness & Substitutions

We source premium fresh flowers daily. Due to seasonal availability, we reserve the right to substitute blooms of similar color and value without prior notice to ensure timely delivery and freshness.

2. Delivery Areas & Timing

We offer same-day flower delivery across Miami-Dade and Broward counties for orders placed before the daily cutoff time. While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or recipient unavailability.

3. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order, our courier will attempt to contact the recipient. If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery or pickup may be scheduled for an additional fee. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations after this period may not be possible due to product preparation.

5. Refunds & Claims

All sales are final. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Holiday & Event Orders

During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery windows may be extended, and flower substitutions are more likely. We recommend ordering early to ensure availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product designs, and branding on our website are the exclusive property of Marisole Flower Studio. Reuse or reproduction is strictly prohibited without written permission.

8. Payment & Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information. Please do not send payment information via email or social media.

9. Limitation of Liability

Marisole Flower Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
