Shipping & Delivery Policy
Local Delivery
Marisole Flowers provides same-day flower delivery throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties using our in-house team and trusted courier partners, including Uber Direct.
Same-Day Delivery:
Orders placed before 7:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery, subject to flower availability and courier capacity.
Delivery Window:
We always aim to deliver within your selected time frame; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, and courier conditions.
Real-Time Tracking:
If available, a tracking link will be sent via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
Recipient Availability:
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If no one is present, the delivery may be left at the door, left with a concierge, or returned to the studio at our discretion. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible addresses. If a redelivery is required, additional fees will apply.
Pickup Policy
Customers may choose in-store pickup at our studio location:

Monday–Sunday: 9 AM – 8 PM
Order Ready Notification:
You will receive a text message or email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Window:
For best freshness, we recommend picking up your order within the agreed time window. We cannot guarantee freshness if pickup is significantly delayed.
Missed Deliveries / Re-Deliveries
If the delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or access to the location is restricted:
- We will attempt to contact you immediately.
- You may choose redelivery for an additional fee.
- Alternatively, the order may be picked up at our studio.
