For guaranteed same-day service, we recommend ordering before noon. We'll make every effort to accommodate afternoon and evening requests based on driver availability and your delivery location.

- Aventura Studio: Mon-Sun 9 AM - 8 PM (Fridays until 6 PM)
Deliveries run throughout the day, and we're happy to coordinate early morning or evening drop-offs by special request.

With proper care, expect your flowers to stay vibrant and beautiful for 4–7 days, though this varies by flower type and environmental conditions.

When can I expect my flower delivery?
Your flowers can arrive the same day you order when placed before our daily cutoff time.

What happens if no one's home during delivery?
No worries! If your recipient isn't available when we arrive:
- We'll reach out to you or the recipient for guidance on the best next step.
- If we can't connect, our driver will safely place the flowers in a secure spot based on the delivery format:
- Bouquets in water tubes for freshness
- Vased arrangements left in a shaded, protected area
- Boxed designs placed by the door or in a designated location

Where are your flowers sourced from?
Our flowers are sourced from premium growers we've partnered with for years, ensuring exceptional quality and freshness.
We select blooms based on seasonality and peak availability, which means origins may vary. What never changes? Our commitment to bringing you only the finest, most vibrant flowers for every arrangement.
Can I set up recurring flower deliveries (subscriptions)?
While we don't currently offer automated monthly subscriptions, we absolutely love creating recurring floral arrangements for our regular customers!

What's your return and exchange policy?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all purchases are considered final. However, we handle special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
- Flower Substitutions: If a specific bloom is unavailable, we'll use a comparable flower of equal or higher value. Premium substitutions may incur an additional charge.
- Order Modifications: Changes can be requested within 24 hours of ordering, based on our current inventory and schedule.
- Same-Day Orders: These are prepared immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
Can you help if I provided the wrong address?
Address issues happen! Here's what we do if your delivery address needs correction:
- Can't Reach You: We'll bring the arrangement back to our studio until you contact us with updated instructions. A redelivery fee may apply.
- New Address Confirmed: We'll redirect delivery to the corrected location. Depending on distance and timing, there may be an additional delivery charge.
To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery address when ordering!
What if something isn't quite right with my order?
Your happiness matters to us. If anything about your floral arrangement doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution that makes you smile – because every Marisole customer deserves to feel special.
