Returns, Changes, and Refunds Policy

At Marisole Flowers, each arrangement is thoughtfully prepared to order using fresh, perishable flowers. For this reason, all sales are final. In certain situations, refunds or store credit may be considered on a case by case basis.

Address Accuracy and Re-Delivery Fees

Please review the delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or needs to be changed after the order is already in transit, an additional re-delivery or re-routing fee may apply. This fee depends on the carrier, distance, number of items, and service requirements. Whenever possible, we will share the fee with you before moving forward.

Substitutions

Flower availability may vary due to seasonality and market conditions. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement. If you request a premium substitution or a significantly higher value replacement, the price difference will apply.

Order Changes

We are happy to accommodate order changes whenever possible. Change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to availability and design status. Once an order has entered production or has already been prepared, certain changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by email at contact@marisoleflowers.com. Once reviewed, we will confirm the cancellation in writing. Please note that rush and same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled. In some cases, cancellation fees may apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Refused Deliveries

Because our arrangements are custom made and highly perishable, we are unable to offer refunds for refused deliveries. This applies to delivery attempts made on the scheduled delivery date and within the applicable delivery window.

Claims and Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order at the time of delivery, please contact us the same day at 786-630-83-34 or email us at contact@marisoleflowers.com. If your order is delivered after business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send us an email. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Delivery Delays and Carrier Issues

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Marisole Flowers is not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, traffic, third party carriers, or other circumstances outside our control. If a delivery issue involves a carrier, any claim or resolution will be subject to the carrier’s policies. We will always do our best to assist and support you throughout the process.

Freshness

We stand behind the freshness and quality of our flowers at the time of delivery. Because flower life depends on care, temperature, handling, and natural bloom behavior after arrival, we cannot guarantee performance for a specific number of days. Proper hydration and care are essential once the flowers are received. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, lack of water, or failure to follow care instructions.
