Can I return or exchange an order?
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style and look of the arrangement. If you request a premium substitution, an additional charge may apply. Order changes or cancellations may be possible within 24 hours of placing the order, depending on the status of the order. Rush orders are processed right away and cannot be canceled.
