Frequently asked questions
How long will the flowers last?
Our arrangements are made with fresh flowers, so vase life can vary depending on the type of blooms and how they are cared for. In most cases, flowers stay fresh for about 4 to 5 days. Temperature, humidity, and daily care can all make a difference.
How can I pay?
We offer a few convenient payment options. You can pay in store with cash or a credit or debit card, request an invoice and pay securely by email, or send payment through Zelle.
How do I care for my flowers?
Every bouquet or arrangement comes with care instructions to help your flowers stay fresh as long as possible. We include simple step by step guidance with each order.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style and look of the arrangement. If you request a premium substitution, an additional charge may apply. Order changes or cancellations may be possible within 24 hours of placing the order, depending on the status of the order. Rush orders are processed right away and cannot be canceled.
